Ali brings a strong background in strategy, operations, and human resources to Farr Johnen & Associates. She began her career as a Strategy & Operations Consultant with Deloitte in 2012 after earning a degree in Economics and Spanish from Davidson College. In 2016, she pursued her MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management, later joining Capital Group, one of the world’s largest asset managers. During her five years there, she gained extensive experience in employee benefits and compensation through various Human Resources roles.

In 2023, Ali became the third generation of Farrs to join Farr Johnen & Associates as a licensed health and life insurance agent. She is dedicated to upholding her family’s legacy of exceptional service, while also expanding the firm’s reach. Ali works across both life insurance and employee benefits, ensuring that each client receives tailored solutions that align with their unique needs. She takes great pride in building personal relationships and providing a highly customized, hands-on approach.

Ali lives in Ventura with her husband, Kyle, and their children, Cameron and Ryan. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, swimming, cycling, hiking, and discovering the latest and greatest board games.
